REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

It is the W-Limo or Intersped’s (herein referred as Zogox) customer's responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions regarding Travel Rewards, outlined below.

Rules Concerning Zogox Travel Rewards

• Zogox registered members that have account with Zogox Chauffeuring dba W-Limo can participate in Travel Rewards Program and earn Travel Points. Members earn 2 % rebate (on the base rate) in travel points every time they book a ride with us for them, family member or employee under their account.
  They Earn 1 % every time others use our limo service and open new account reffered by you. Points are not awarded until the reservation has been completed (i.e., the travel party has honored the reservation and paid for it).
• Zogox registered members that have account with Zogox Logistics dba Intersped can participate in Travel Rewards Program and earn Travel Points. Members earn 2 points every time you move a shipment with Intersped. They Earn 1 point for every 2 points a referral of yours uses Intersped.
  
• Zogox registered members that have account and already completed travel arrangements through Zogox Travel can participate in Travel Rewards Program and earn Travel Points. Members earn 25-200 travel points for different Cruise Lines. Amount of travel points depends on cruise line, ship and sailing date. You must call for info.
• Zogox registered members that have account and already completed travel arrangements through Zogox Travel or have account either with Zogox Chauffeuring dba W-Limo or with Zogox Logistics dba Intersped can participate in Travel Rewards Program and earn Travel Points using Zogox Extra.
   -For Sporting Events and Concerts we provide a 5 travel points for each ticket was purchased. Simply send us a proof of purchase and you’ll get 5 travel points for each ticket. Travel points are earned over one calendar year, and can be redeemed through Zogox at the next calendar year, as much as 250 points/year.
   -Travel points will be issued to Zogox customers for shopping search requests if Zogox is unable to find a discounted price in Zogox Online Shopping Mall. If Zogox is able to find discounted products, links towards requested products will be emailed to the customer. Products are provided by Zogox affiliates and Zogox is not responsible for the quality of the product or any issues that can happen after the link was sent by Zogox. If Zogox is unable to find the discounted product requested, a notification of increased travel points will be emailed to the customer. Amount of travel points is 1-5 per request and will vary on season and availability of the particular product.
   -Travel points will be issued for requested restaurant coupon search, if Zogox is unable to find a coupon in particular restaurant. Notification of increased travel points will be emailed to the customer. Amount of travel points is 1-5 per request and will vary on season, day of the week, availability and timely request. Zogox is not responsible for lack of service or any other issues that can happen in the restaurant.
• Any reservations that do not originate with Zogox Companies may not be eligible for Zogox Travel awards. If a reservation is eligible to earn points, the points value associated with that reservation will be displayed in the confirmation email.
• Customers will not receive any Travel Points when a reservation is cancelled or the customer does not show up.

Terms and Conditions

• Zogox reserves the right to terminate Travel Rewards, or to change these Terms and Conditions, regulations, or benefits of participation, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice, even though changes may affect the number of Travel Points already accumulated. Zogox may also withdraw, limit, modify or cancel the number of Travel Points required for reward redemption. Zogox will have final decision should any disputes over Travel Rewards or the awarding of Travel Points arise.
• Travel points can be redeemed for any Travel Vacation Packages that include at least air and hotel for family vacation of minimum of two people (no business travel), duration of 7 days or more and package value of $3000.00 total including taxes and fees on the confirmation. Family Cruises of minimum of two people including flight, duration of 7 days or more and package value of $2500.00 total including taxes and fees on the confirmation.
• Zogox reserves the right to terminate a customer's Travel Rewards' account and cancel accrued Travel Points if Zogox believes, in its sole discretion, that the customer is abusing the Travel Rewards program, or is misrepresenting any information furnished to Zogox.
• Any Zogox customer who fails at any time to earn Travel Points for a period of 24 months is subject to termination of all accrued Travel Points except those earned within last 24 (twenty-four) months.
• Any Zogox customer who fails within 12 (twelve) months to earn 100 Travel Points Coupon, earned at the time of opening an account, is subject to termination of the coupon.
• Expiring points will not affect pending travel arrangement (i.e. if a customer already redeemed points and has a travel arrangement in process.
• If a customer is unable to honor a travel arrangement and fails to cancel, Zogox will cancel all accrued Travel Points that were assigned to that particular travel arrangement.
• Travel Points earned by a member in two or more different accounts (Limo and Logistics) can be combined to redeem any award.  
• Customers are solely responsible for any tax liability related to participation in Travel Rewards.
• Inquiries regarding the Zogox Travel Rewards Program assigned to a Travel Arrangement must be submitted via email within 14 days before the departure date in order to be considered for review by Zogox.  Check in the amount equal to a number of redeemed points will be mailed once the Travel Arrangement has been completed.
  
• Travel Points balance is displayed on our Tracking System. Balance can always be requested by phone or email.
• Zogox Travel Rewards Program effective Feb. 15th 2008.
  
• Zogox Rewards Program does not apply to bookings that contain any other discount offers, like travel agent or affiliate accounts.
